6 x 1.5-hour information-packed Zoom meetings with Tanmaya, where you’ll receive detailed, accessible guidance on detoxification processes and how to accelerate them during a cleanse and in daily life. You’ll also learn about balanced nutrition, natural supplements, making wise choices, what’s right for you to eat post-cleanse, hormonal balancing tips, superfood implementation in daily life, and much more.
Each participant will have the opportunity to share their current lifestyle and health goals through one-on-one support. You’ll receive personalized guidance and suggestions for achieving and maintaining those goals. The detox program can be modified to suit your specific needs.
Participants will receive detailed guides on how to prepare for the cleanse, including a list of items needed during and after, as well as clear instructions on how to prepare food, juices, and smoothies. These simplified and easy-to-follow instructions will be delivered directly to your inbox. The only necessary equipment is a blender!
Participants will have access to a closed Facebook group to share their experiences and questions with fellow cleansers, with ongoing support and guidance from Tanmaya.

Being present at the live meetings is recommended, but not mandatory. All meetings are recorded and sent to participants on the day of the meeting.

Generally, this protocol is suitable even while taking certain medications. HOWEVER, if you are on medication, you must consult privately with Tanmaya before the cleanse, so she can make necessary adjustments if needed.

Yes, a detailed recommended shopping list will be sent a week before the cleanse starts. This includes a recommended supplements list, which is optional but helpful.
The Individual Session is a 30-minute consultation call with Tanmaya, based on the Health Inquiry form you fill out prior to the cleanse. This is an opportunity to dive deeper into your health challenges, address specific needs, and focus on achieving your individual health goals.
The key is to use local, seasonal produce for your cleanse (and beyond). There is enough variety in the recipes, and adjustments can be made to match the fruits and vegetables available in your area.
A closed WhatsApp group is active throughout the cleanse, where you are encouraged to share and ask questions. Tanmaya will respond to each.
